岗位职责:



Responsibilities:



- Establish and optimize recruiting process to continuously improve recruitment efficiency.

- Establish and optimize Job Profile database and on-line/off line hiring channel, and identify , select and manage the recruiting resources such as referral , head hunters , newspaper suppliers and on-line suppliers etc.

- Conduct CV screening, telephone interview, first interview and work with hiring manager to perform as an expert and provide professional consultation to make final selection decision. Also need to complete required recruiting report monthly, quarterly and annual summary.

- Make Headcount Plan, recruiting budget and control recruitment expense.

- Coordinate and organize all training programs to make sure all programs arranged on annual training calendar.

- Ensure implementation of performance management system, and organization development review initiatives



Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- At least 5 years working experience in HR management in retail industry, especially in Recruiting or executive searching;

- Excellent English & Chinese
